Creomind was founded in Warsaw by Lena Kolodziejak, after years of private work on a single question: can the way a person thinks, speaks and remembers be preserved faithfully, with their consent, for the people who love them?

Her path to that question runs through three fields. Cognitive neuroscience gave her a vocabulary for how layered and contextual human identity really is. Data science taught her to read human behaviour in data, and to respect what data cannot capture. Seven years at Microsoft, as an AI technical specialist for Central Europe, gave her the craft of building AI systems that hold up in the real world, and one conviction she has carried into everything since: the quality of the data underneath a system determines everything.

Creomind is the point where those threads meet. It is a research foundation, not a product company. It builds slowly, for a small number of families at a time, around three commitments that do not bend: consent, privacy, and craft.

Lena has lectured on postgraduate AI programmes in Poland and has led workshops for teams around the world as a certified trainer. Creomind is the work all of it was preparation for.
